System Requirements

The system requirements for the Admin Outlook Add-in and the Settings Distribution Tool are as follows.

Admin Outlook Add-in

The Outlook clients supported by the Admin Outlook Add-in are Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365 subscription) and Outlook on the web.

caution

The Admin Outlook Add-in does not support smartphones.

Outlook Add-in for Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365 subscription)

For the Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365 subscription) version of the Outlook Add-in, we recommend using the following versions of Outlook.

New Outlook for Windows

Classic Outlook for Windows

Version 2409 (Build 18025.20000) or later
※ "Task request emails" in Outlook (Classic) are outside the scope of OAI processing.

Microsoft Outlook for Mac

Version 16.89 (Build 24090815) or later
※ The policy "Delayed Send" does not work.

Outlook Add-in for Outlook on the web

For the Outlook on the web version of the Outlook Add-in, we recommend using the following browsers.
