Ending the Service

Please perform the following steps in order.

1. Remove the Admin Outlook Add-in

   • If the administrator deployed it in bulk
     For the procedure, refer to here.

     caution

     It may take some time for the Outlook Add-in to be removed from users in the organization.

   • If it was installed individually
     For the procedure, refer to here.

2. Remove the User Outlook Add-in

   • If the administrator deployed it in bulk
     For the procedure, refer to here.

     caution

     It may take some time for the Outlook Add-in to be removed from users in the organization.

   • If general users installed it individually
     Each general user must remove it themselves.
     For the procedure, refer to Ending the Service in the user manual.

3. Delete the 365 Alert OAI app

   caution

   Perform this step after confirming that the Outlook Add-in has been removed from users in the organization.

4. Delete the Settings Distribution Tool app

   tip

   Perform this step if you were using the Settings Distribution Tool.
