| User Settings | Settings information applied to each individual user. Users edit it themselves using the User Outlook Add-in.The administrator can also use the Admin Outlook Add-in to create the initial settings for when the Outlook Add-in is first used, and distribute them to users as recommended settings.※ When distributing recommended settings to users, distribution must be completed before the first launch of the User Outlook Add-in. Please note that settings information distributed after the first launch will not be applied. If you want it to be applied after the first launch, the user must perform a settings reset in the User Outlook Add-in. |
