"The attachment size is too large to attach as a ZIP file" is displayed

The following error may be displayed, preventing you from sending an email that involves ZIP encryption.
"The attachment size is too large to attach as a ZIP file"

This error occurs when the "file size after ZIP encryption" is large, not the size of the original files attached to the email.

Approximate Size at Which This Occurs​

A file size of approximately 25 MB or more after ZIP encryption

If this error occurs, consider the following.

・Reduce the size of the files to be attached
　(For example, when sending multiple files together, send them in separate emails)
・Send without using ZIP encryption
