About Company Names
Overview
Company names are set to display the company name of an email recipient.
They can be set whether the recipient is an internal domain or an external domain.
Company Name Attributes
The list of company name attributes is as follows.

| Domain name | The domain name used during the company name determination. |
| Company name | The company name corresponding to the domain. |
| Description | The description of the company name. |
Company Name Scope
The company name scope includes the following.
| Scope | Description |
|---|---|
| Tenant | A rule applied to all users belonging to the tenant. Created by the administrator. A rule whose scope is Tenant is called a Tenant company name. |
| Group | A rule applied to all users belonging to a group. Created by the administrator. A rule whose scope is Group is called a Group company name. |
| User | A rule applied to an individual user. A rule whose scope is User is called a User company name. |
