About the ZIP Encryption Screen
Overview
On the ZIP Encryption screen, you can configure the ZIP encryption password notification email template (subject and body) per language.
The template configured here is used when "Automatically create a password notification email" is enabled in the ZIP Encryption action.
How to Access the ZIP Encryption Screen
In each settings information screen (Tenant Settings / Group Settings / User Settings), click ZIP Encryption in the menu on the left of the screen.

Configuring the Password Notification Email Template
Configure the following items and click Update to save the settings.

| Administrator manages the password notification email template settings | Enabled Prevents changing the settings in the User Outlook Add-in, and displays the template setting fields for each language.Disabled Allows changing the settings in the User Outlook Add-in, and hides the template setting fields for each language. |
| Subject | Sets the subject of the password notification email template for the relevant language. The initial value is the subject of the default template for that language. |
| Body | Sets the body of the password notification email template for the relevant language. The initial value is the body of the default template for that language. |
The configurable languages are as follows.
- Japanese
- English
- Japanese + English
- Chinese (Simplified)
- Chinese (Traditional)
Variables can be used in the subject and body. Clicking View Details for each input field displays a list of available variables.
